As you can see by the chart, and surprising to none, listings are through the roof and sales are few. We all know, buyers are sitting on the fence, when in actuality, it is the absolute best time to buy! Sellers are coming to grips with the reality of the market, and prices have never been lower.

Welcome to my REAL real estate news blog! As you can see from the above chart, properties are staying on the market longer, but commanding, on average, 91% of the asking price. That's up from July, and expected to stay the same, or go higher, as we enter the holiday season.
This chart is directly related to the zip code 34102.
Currently there are 48 active listings in the Royal Harbor/Oyster Bay area. And since the the 1st of September there has been one closing, and 5 properties have gone pending.
